Justin Moore: CEO
Justin Moore is a serial entrepreneur, early-stage advisor, and angel investor. He is a recognized authority on cloud computing, small and medium-sized business market strategy and startups. As the CEO of Axcient, Justin brings a strong and broad background in technology startups. In just three years Justin has secured more than $30M in funding for Axcient and is an award-winning mentor for young entrepreneurs. In 2002, Justin started MK Global, which successfully introduced an international approach to addressing the surplus of secondary market telecommunications equipment following the dot-com collapse. While at MK Global, Justin acquired exclusive rights to more than $1B in telecommunications equipment from Qwest, Level 3 Communications and more. Under his leadership, Justin grew MK Global’s profitability in the first 12 months and grew revenue to nearly $15M per year. He is a popular keynote speaker who has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Inc. and MSNBC.

Greg Robinson: Managing Director, Peninsula Ventures
Greg Robinson has more than a decade of operating and venture capital experience. He is currently on the board of directors for Axcient, Green Plug, SeeControl and Intesource. Prior to joining Peninsula Ventures, Greg was the co-founder and chief operating officer of Cogent Technologies, which was acquired by BrightStar. His current investments include Axcient, Green Plug, Intesource, Crowd Factory, SeeControl, StepUp Commerce (Intuit), Ribbitand IPV. Greg has a BS in Economics from Arizona State University and a MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Peter Bodine: Managing Director, Allegis Capital
Peter Bodine joined Allegis Capital in December 2005 and has more than 15 years of experience in the venture capital market. Prior to Allegis Capital, Bodine co-founded and was the general partner of APV Technology Partners, a business consulting firm, where he oversaw three funds totaling more than $220M. He is currently on the board for Axcient, iBAHN and Coraid. In 2006 and 2007, Peter was named to the Forbes Midas List as one of the world’s top tier venture and technology investors.

Thomas T. van Overbeek
Thomas T. van Overbeek has been successfully leading early stage companies to successful investor outcomes for more than 25 years and is the former CEO and president of ShoreTel. While at ShoreTel, Thomas led the turnaround team that built the foundation for the company’s growth. Prior to ShoreTel, he was the CEO of WavTrace where he led a company turnaround with an eventual sale to Harris in 2000 for $175M. He has been on the Axcient board of directors since February 2010.

Don Butler: Managing Director, Thomvest Ventures
Don Butler has been working with growth technology companies for more than 20 years. He started his career working at Lehman Brothers doing mergers and acquisitions before acting as a consultant for Asia Pacific Ventures doing business development for start-ups in the software and networking industries. He is currently a board member for Axcient, Apsala, Milyoni, Inc., Netbase Solutions, Inc., Yottamark and Flashsoft. Don has a BA in Chinese from UCLA and a Master of Arts in both East Asian Studies and Political Science from Stanford.

Rory O’Driscoll: Managing Director, Scale Venture Partners
Rory O’Driscoll has been a venture capital investor at Scale Venture Partners for nearly 20 years. He primarily invests in software and Internet companies such as Omniture, Placeware, Frontbridge, ZoneLabs, OuterBay and Good Technologies. Prior to Scale, Rory was the CEO of a manufacturing company in the U.K. which he founded after graduating with a BS in Economics from the London School of Economics. He was named to the Forbes Midas List in 2012 as a top tier venture and technology investor. He currently sits on the board for Box, Vantage Media, Arena Solutions, Hubspan, ExactTarget and Axcient.
