  1. No Upfront Costs – Axcient is a subscription service that includes the Appliance. There are no upfront costs or additional fees - just one predictable monthly subscription per appliance.

  2. Free Evaluation Unit program – The Evaluation Unit program makes it easy for clients to see the value of the Axcient solution.

  3. No Agents – There are no Agents to deploy. Your customers won’t have objections to “testing the system” due to pesky software residue.

  4. Complete Data Protection – There has never been a more comprehensive, integrated method of managing your customers’ business uptime. No need to play the system integrator or to “sell” the idea of five products to address your customers’ data protection pain.

  2. Remote Monitoring Integration– Use Remote Monitoring Platform, such as Level Platform or N-able to receive SNMP alerts, including backup failure, out of disk space, and a restore event.

  3. Agentless – Never go onsite again to install an agent, not even for Microsoft Exchange. No hassle in agent deployments or revisions.

  2. Hassle Free Upgrades - For client’s who outgrow their Axcient appliance, upgrades couldn’t be easier. Just select a new subscription level for your client, and we will send you a new, larger appliance. Connect this to the client’s original appliance to automatically migrate all data and management settings. Once migration is complete, unplug the original appliance and ship it back to us in the provided shipping box. No need to reconfigure the new appliance, re-initialize the offsite backup, re-establish back-up jobs, or be left with unneeded hardware.

  3. Live US-based Support – Axcient’s US-based support is second to none. No long queues times or annoying menus to navigate. Just real support experts who know the Axcient solution inside and out.
